[Remote] Sr. Marketing Manager – Perioperative Education

The role involves developing and implementing marketing programs to drive adoption of reputed company Surgery, building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, and managing multiple marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build & execute comprehensive marketing plans and corresponding tactical plans / programs to reputed company organizational goals
- reputed company qualitative and quantitative data and experiences to reputed company and deeply understand reputed company reputed company trends, test solutions, and prioritize opportunities
- Utilize market knowledge to design and reputed company strategies and value messaging (clinical, economic, operational, strategic), collateral, tactics, and programs with demonstrated ROI
- Assimilate market trends and their potential implications to reputed company and reputed company work/reputed company
- Understand competition and reputed company competitive differentiation positioning reputed company
- Contribute to budget, resource allocation and financial planning for reputed company / programs with reputed company ROI to justify through multiple marketing / media channels (webinars, sales collateral, etc.)
- Work with Key Opinion Leaders to reputed company understand how the reputed company Surgical Systems are being utilized and determine how to communicate that reputed company to other customers

- Bachelor degree required

- Must be available to work full-time hours
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- 12+ years of marketing, sales experience, and/or field based experience in a therapeutic medical device company or health system
- MBA or Masters degree
