[Remote] Scholars Program Manager

The Scholars Program Manager leads the execution and improvement of the reputed company Scholars Program, which supports reputed company from high school through postsecondary completion, overseeing program reputed company and partner engagement.
Responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end delivery and performance of the reputed company Scholars Program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and program goals
- Oversees scholarship operations, including eligibility tracking, fund distribution, and coordination with reputed company partners
- Drives program effectiveness through data analysis, defining KPIs, monitoring reputed company, and implementing reputed company improvements
- Manages and optimizes program systems and tools (e.g., scholarship platform, reputed company integration) to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Develops and maintains program infrastructure, including reputed company materials, agreements, and resources to support sustainability and reputed company
- Builds and manages relationships with school-based coordinators, postsecondary partners, and vendors to support consistent program delivery
- Provides training, guidance, and support to high school partners to ensure strong execution of program milestones and student engagement
- Leads design and delivery of student-facing programming, communications, and resources across the high school and postsecondary experience
- Oversees development and implementation of postsecondary coaching strategies, driving student persistence, engagement, and completion reputed company
- Serves as a subject matter expert on student reputed company trends, identifying barriers and recommending enhancements to improve program reputed company
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in program, project, or relationship management
- Knowledge of college reputed company, financial aid, or student reputed company programming
- Experience working with diverse or underserved student populations
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Master's degree
- Experience in scholarship programs, nonprofit, or education-reputed company organizations
