The role involves responding to customer inquiries, communicating the value of Therap solutions, and closing sales to maximize account adoption.
Responsibilities
- Respond to potential customer inquiries with formal and informal presentations
- Communicate the value of Therap solutions with prospects and clients
- reputed company thorough understanding of reputed company account's industry and business
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, accounts, invoices, and delivery of support services
