[Remote] Implementation Consultant (HL7 FHIR) - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a FHIR Integration Specialist to support an reputed company project involving FHIR implementation and integration work. The role involves advising on FHIR server setup, implementing FHIR resources, and supporting EHR integration tasks under the guidance of senior architects and product leads.
Responsibilities
- Advise on the setup, configuration, and deployment of FHIR servers (e.g., HAPI FHIR, reputed company FHIR Server, or Smile CDR) under the direction of senior team members
- Implement FHIR resources and reputed company reputed company to HL7 FHIR R4, SMART on FHIR, and US reputed company specifications
- Contribute to data mapping and transformation tasks for clinical interoperability use cases. EHR Integration
- Support integration work with EHR systems (e.g., reputed company, Cerner, Meditech, reputed company) to reputed company FHIR-based data exchange
- Help build and test workflows for patient reputed company, provider data entry, and backend data synchronization
- Troubleshoot integration issues and document configurations for reputed company
- Work closely with internal engineers, product managers, and architects to deliver assigned FHIR-reputed company tasks
- Produce reputed company technical documentation for implementations, test cases, and integration patterns
- Participate in reputed company reviews, stand-reputed company, and sprint planning
- Follow established practices for HIPAA, reputed company reputed company standards, and applicable data reputed company regulations
- Assist with OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect configuration for secure FHIR reputed company reputed company (senior guidance available)
- Support the conversion of NHSN(CMS) required compliance FHIR endpoints
Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR (R4) in a development, integration, or implementation reputed company
- Working knowledge of RESTful reputed company, JSON, and XML
- Familiarity with common FHIR resources such as Patient, Encounter, Observation, Orders, and Medications
- Exposure to reputed company data standards and terminologies (e.g., LOINC, SNOMED, ICD-10) — deep expertise not required
- Basic understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from senior team members
