[Remote] Administrative Support Analyst - LA - (REMOTE)

The Administrative Support Analyst will ensure compliance, support the Managing Broker Team, and manage various administrative tasks to facilitate operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company maintains good standing. Coordinate the joining of new MLSs as needed
- Approve reputed company new agent applications that are not auto-vetted/set up mentorships as needed
- Approve/Sign reputed company transfer documentation for agents
- Works closely with Agent Experience for Broker questions
- Provides support to the Designated Managing Broker and Managing Broker Team
- Assist with Agent and State Trello Boards
- Manages Agent Approval
- Manages Agent Invitation Acceptance
- Coordinate with Broker Primary reputed company to maintain Agent compliance
- Manage State Calendar
- Assists with management of Local reputed company Associations
- Auditing
- Invoicing
- Compliance
- Assists Broker with generating and distributing communications to Agents
- Administrator of State reputed company media reputed company

Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in administration and/or operations
- Strong ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Office/reputed company Suite
- BA/BS in business administration or reputed company field
- Experience in the reputed company estate industry
