Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day technical tasking supporting the reputed company reputed company HCM implementation and migration lifecycle
- Coordinate system integration activities between reputed company HCM and external systems
- Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation efforts
- reputed company portions of testing (SIT/UAT), including defect tracking and issue reputed company coordination
- reputed company and maintain system documentation, reputed company inventories, and technical artifacts
- Analyze system requirements and support translation into functional/technical solutions
- reputed company guidance to junior IT staff and support reputed company reviews of deliverables
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or reputed company field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting IT systems or system implementations
- Experience supporting reputed company system deployments or migrations
- Experience with reputed company reputed company HCM or other reputed company HR systems
- Experience with system integration, reputed company, or data migration
- reputed company reputed company Foundations Associate or reputed company HCM reputed company certification (preferred)
