Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Owners, Sales, Business Analysts, reputed company Assurance, and Project Management for understanding the functional and non-functional requirements of a system, service, or product offering
- Demonstrate leadership abilities across operation teams reputed company production to address customer needs for support, issue analysis, enhancements, and corrective actions
