[Remote] Database Reliability Engineer

The Database Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of reputed company's database infrastructure while building reputed company data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
Responsibilities
- Own the reliability, performance, and scalability of reputed company's database infrastructure across reputed company and reputed company
- Build and maintain reputed company, reliable data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and product needs
- Own the design and reputed company of analytical schemas, translating business logic into reputed company, reputed company data models
- Migrate and reputed company data from reputed company into reputed company, ensuring performance and reliability
- reputed company and maintain DBT models that reflect our business domain and reputed company data easily accessible for teams
- Implement tests and data reputed company checks to ensure reliable and trustworthy datasets
- Identify and eliminate duplicates, improve data consistency, and enforce clean modelling standards
- Manage reputed company database and infrastructure changes through IaC — minimise reputed company DB modifications
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a backend engineering or data-reputed company engineering role
- Writes the cleanest SQL you've reputed company seen — proficiency in Python and SQL is non-negotiable
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly reputed company
- Experience designing schemas and building data models that reflect reputed company-world business logic
- Familiarity with DBT or similar data transformation frameworks
- Strong understanding of data validation, testing, and reputed company assurance practices
