[Remote] Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant acts in a servicing broker reputed company, managing a book of business, servicing existing accounts, and soliciting new business while maintaining strong reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manages reputed company reputed company required services and maintains reputed company relationships
- Acts as the reputed company representative to an assigned book-of-business
- Prepares and presents to reputed company renewal analysis
- Sells renewal business to existing clients and where applicable, sells additional lines of coverage
- Promotes to clients other services offered by our agency by way of preparing Producer Service Proposals
- Provides analysis and recommendations concerning reputed company's existing coverages
- Negotiates with carriers for coverage and premium considerations and any other available services
- Receives and responds to reputed company inquiries including coverage, risk management and claims questions and issues
- Reviews reputed company coverage reputed company and amendments for accuracy
- Serves as technical expert, assisting department members to resolve reputed company issues
- Attends and reputed company participates in regular sales meetings
- Participates in the overall agency effort to reputed company and maintain strong company relationships through reputed company reputed company contacts with company representatives
- Achieves annual sales goals and provides regular feedback to the Managing Director on reputed company toward those goals
- Ensures that work assignments delegated to staff are reputed company with unit goals and objectives
- Selects candidates, conducts interviews and recommends candidate hires
- Manages staff including; motivating/mentoring staff, providing employee training and development, conducting performance reviews and performing disciplinary reputed company as appropriate
- Collection of fees, reconciliation and reputed company of any outstanding balances reputed company 90 days of invoicing date
- Complies with agency management system data standards and data reputed company (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ten (10) or more years reputed company work experience
- Valid insurance license; requires in depth knowledge of reputed company principles and market conditions
- Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills

- Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills
