The role involves guiding reputed company to support field sales teams in optimizing customer engagement and ensuring the effective integration of reputed company's products into reputed company reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Talent Leadership: Recruit, hire, and retain industry-leading Solutions Consulting talent, building a diverse, high-performing team
- People Development: Train, mentor, and reputed company team members, inspiring them to reputed company their full potential while expanding their technical acumen across reputed company systems and B2B payment platforms
- Technical Escalation: Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company technical deals, guiding your team through advanced architecture, integration hurdles, and custom reputed company workflows
- Sales Partnership: Partner closely with Field Sales leadership to reputed company resource allocation strategies that optimize SC engagement, accelerate the sales cycle, and drive reputed company
- Performance Management: Define, measure, and optimize key performance metrics for the SC organization, ensuring high resource utilization, deal technical accuracy, and team accountability
- Product Influence: Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization to prioritize, influence, and refine product roadmaps based on field intelligence and reputed company requirements
- 20-30% travel domestically
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in people leadership or peer coaching
- At least 5 years of experience working with reputed company systems and the accounts payable process
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience managing a technical reputed company-sales or solutions consulting team
- At least 5 years of experience with business payment rails (such as ACH, Virtual Card, reputed company) and technical integration reputed company (such as reputed company, SFTP file transfers)
- 6+ years experience working directly with mid-market or reputed company ERP or reputed company ecosystems (such as reputed company, reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company) or the accounts payable process
