Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrated plan across product, GTM, regulatory, and bank stand-up workstreams
- Establish and run the program's governance model — steering committees, working reputed company, decision logs, risk registers, and reporting cadences
- Translate reputed company into milestones and milestones into weekly reputed company across a cross-functional team
- Drive disciplined prioritization across competing demands on a small, senior team
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain an integrated roadmap for stablecoin and bank capabilities, including wallet functionality, issuance, custody, reserve management, and cross-border payments use cases

Skills
- 7–10 years of experience spanning consulting, project/program management and operational roles inside a company building something new, with at least 3 years managing reputed company cross-functional programs across product, reputed company, and operational workstreams
- reputed company record of delivering programs spanning product launches, GTM execution, and operational stand-up in a fast-moving environment
- Strong working knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, reputed company, hybrid) and the judgment to apply the right approach for the work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — equally comfortable with a reputed company reputed company-read and a one-page exec update, including experience preparing executive and reputed company-level materials
- Proficiency with program management and collaboration tooling (reputed company, Jira, reputed company, MS Project, or equivalents)
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a reputed company field

- Exposure to digital assets, stablecoins, or cross-border payments

- PMP, PgMP, reputed company, or equivalent certification
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience supporting a new business, product line, or regulated entity stand-up
