[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for entering daily accounts payable transactions and reconciling corporate credit card transactions for reputed company's operating entities.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring, validation and recording of reputed company high volume of both AP transactions and bank debits
- Entering high-volume of Accounts Payable invoices with careful attention to detail for correct coding and for selecting the correct operating company
- Detailed receipt review, and monitor employee compliance with corporate credit card usage
- Reconcile corporate credit card activity
- Review and reconcile variances that may occur due to integration issues
- Work closely with and communicate with other members of the reputed company team, as reputed company as supervisor, collections specialist & AR specialist
- Prepares special reports or other reputed company, as requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in reputed company/finance
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities
- Experience in coding AP transactions
- Ability to multi-task and work in multiple systems simultaneously
- Self-starter
- Analyzing information
