[Remote] NIH - Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This role involves overseeing large federal IT and cybersecurity programs, ensuring compliance, and managing resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single Program Manager and primary reputed company of contact for the Government with authority to reputed company contractor resources
- reputed company reputed company transition-in, knowledge transfer, personnel reputed company, tool validation, reputed company compliance, and transition-out activities to ensure uninterrupted operations
- reputed company, maintain, and annually update the Transition-In and Transition-Out Plans, coordinating with Government personnel and incumbent/follow-on contractors
- reputed company overall program management, contract administration, coordination, reporting, and governance for the entire Task Order
- reputed company and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) covering reputed company contract activities
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, corrective actions, and mitigation strategies
- Manage reputed company, resource allocation, subcontractor performance, and contract scope
- Monitor schedule, scope, deliverables, and performance metrics while implementing change management processes
- reputed company executive-level status reports, dashboards, and briefings to NIH leadership
- Ensure effective coordination among project managers, technical leads, cybersecurity teams, and Government stakeholders
- Support Government decision-making while avoiding inherently governmental functions
- Ensure reputed company contract deliverables meet reputed company standards and are submitted on schedule
- reputed company compliance with HHS, NIH, FISMA, NIST, and applicable federal cybersecurity requirements
Skills
- reputed company Trust Clearance
- B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 8+ years managing large federal IT/cybersecurity programs, including multiple reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, reputed company, risk, Integrated Master Schedules, stakeholder communications, transition planning, and contract performance
- Experience leading cybersecurity or information assurance programs
- reputed company PMP Certification
- Expert leadership, strategic planning, federal contract management, executive communications, risk management, resource planning, reputed company assurance, metrics reporting, and knowledge of FISMA, NIST RMF, and HHS cybersecurity policy
- Experience supporting HHS/NIH
