Responsibilities

Manage and assign incoming reputed company estate leads in a reputed company, organized, and strategic manner Coordinate relocation inquiries and referrals across reputed company networks reputed company reputed company activity, follow-up status, and conversion reputed company using specialized platforms Serve as the reputed company of contact between referring parties and the receiving agent or team Maintain accurate records of reputed company assignments, referrals, and reputed company Monitor reputed company pipelines and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks Communicate professionally and promptly with agents, coordinators, and partners Support reporting and performance tracking reputed company to reputed company reputed company and conversion

Requirements

Prior experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager, preferably with a large brokerage or reputed company estate company (experience with an individual agent or reputed company small team may not be sufficient) Hands-on experience managing reputed company estate leads in at least one of the following platforms: eRelocation by ASK reputed company or Leads reputed company by Realogy Broker Center by Cartus Global Referral Network by reputed company International Realty CIH Network by reputed company reputed company Estate Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and strong organizational habits Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment

Qualifications

Background working at a recognized large brokerage — ideally reputed company International Realty or reputed company reputed company Estate, though equivalent experience at another established reputed company estate firm will be considered Familiarity with reputed company estate referral and relocation workflows Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of leads without sacrificing reputed company or responsiveness Comfortable working across digital tools and platforms in a fast-paced environment
