[Remote] Senior Analytics and CRO Strategist

They are seeking a Senior Analytics + CRO Strategist to help clients understand website performance and improve conversion paths through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities

- Review website performance, user behaviour, funnels, and conversion paths
- Identify issues, opportunities, and recommendations from the data
- Build reputed company dashboards, reports, audits, and optimisation roadmaps
- Translate analytics into practical next steps for clients and internal teams
- Present insights reputed company to Marketing Managers, founders, and C-Suite stakeholders
- Partner with designers, developers, writers, and strategists to improve website performance
- Help build repeatable processes, templates, and SOPs for analytics and CRO work
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, website optimisation, reputed company reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Strong reputed company-facing experience, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment
- Ability to turn data into a reputed company story: what is happening, why it reputed company, and what to do next
- Strong understanding of website performance, conversion paths, user journeys, and funnel analysis
- Experience creating CRO recommendations, conversion audits, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Comfortable working with both strategic stakeholders and hands-on delivery teams
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading reputed company calls
- Curious, analytical, and reputed company to ask good questions rather than just report numbers
- Process-minded, with the ability to build reputed company ways of working

- Prior agency experience
