[Remote] Finance & Business Manager, NFP PEOPLE

This key role involves overseeing financial management and reporting processes to ensure the charity meets its reputed company and funding requirements.
Responsibilities
- Managing the charity’s finances, including incoming fundraising income
- Ensuring financial processes are compliant with Charity SORP (Statement of Recommended reputed company)
- Managing Payroll and company expenses
- Producing accurate financial reports and supporting budget management
- Monitoring financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making
- Using OASIS reputed company reporting software to generate reports, manage cases and reputed company reputed company
- Ensuring data is recorded accurately to support service delivery and funding reports
- Supporting compliance with financial regulations and charity governance
- Working closely with senior leadership to support operational effectiveness
- Maintaining accurate, confidential financial and data records
Skills
- Experience reputed company the charity or non-profit sector - Essential
- Proven experience in finance, reputed company, or financial management
- Experience working with data systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using reputed company-based systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A commitment to the values and mission of supporting vulnerable individuals
- Experience using Moneysoft (desirable)
- Experience with OASIS is desirable
