[Remote] QA Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Establish reputed company team structure, role reputed company, career reputed company and performance expectation among QA engineering staff

Skills
- 10-15 years of experience in reputed company Assurance / reputed company Engineering including at least 5+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience managing teams that support both reputed company and desktop solutions
- Strong knowledge of modern QA practices including functional, regression, API, UI automation, end-to-end release testing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Practical experience in integrating test practices into CI/CD processes
- Strong understanding of SDLC agile delivery models and release management
- Ability to create and standardize QA processes cross-teams and cross-departments
- Technology background to understand reputed company multi-server and/or container reputed company solutions with ability to navigate across them for the purpose of validating expected reputed company
- Experience with test case management as reputed company as issue tracking tools
- Capable of coordinating reputed company-oriented testing in partnership with reputed company and engineering teams
