[Remote] Accounts Receivable

They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full receivables cycle, including billing, invoicing, and collections, while ensuring healthy customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and distribute accurate customer invoices for reputed company, reputed company, and contract accounts in accordance with billing schedules and reputed company structures
- Monitor and reconcile reputed company purchase order balances to ensure funds are available for billing
- Apply incoming payments (ACH, reputed company, reputed company, and card) to the correct accounts and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash promptly
- Monitor aging reports and proactively manage collections on past-due accounts through calls, emails, and follow-up correspondence
- Reconcile customer accounts, research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and disputes in coordination with billing and customer service
- Prepare and maintain AR aging, DSO, and collections reporting for management on a weekly and monthly reputed company
- Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds with appropriate documentation and approvals
- Support month-end reputed company activities, including AR reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new accounts and recommend credit limits in line with company policy
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulations
- Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes and support automation and reputed company-improvement initiatives
Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company accounts receivable, billing, or general reputed company experience
- Solid understanding of the full AR cycle, reputed company principles, and the order-to-cash process
- Proficiency with reputed company systems like Quickbooks Online and intermediate reputed company reputed company skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a reputed company approach to collections
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
