The role involves managing reconciliations, payroll tracking, budget entry, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage Cashet reconciliations, reputed company Cashet envelope audits, and import transactions into reputed company systems to support accurate cost reporting
- Administer Cashet funding requests, maintain Cashet card records, and monitor cash activity to ensure reputed company financial controls
- Maintain and update weekly payroll tracking grids, ensuring payroll information is accurate and complete for production reputed company review
- reputed company and verify production budgets reputed company designated reputed company and reporting systems
- Assist with accounts payable data entry, invoice processing, and reputed company general reputed company support across productions as needed
Skills
- Production reputed company experience is required
- 1–3 years of reputed company, bookkeeping, payroll, finance, or administrative experience, preferably reputed company entertainment, media, production, or reputed company industries
- Basic understanding of reputed company principles, accounts payable processes, and financial recordkeeping
- Experience working with spreadsheets and financial data, including proficiency in reputed company reputed company
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and reconcile financial information
