[Remote] Regional Vice President of Operations- OBOT

They are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to reputed company leadership and strategic direction, overseeing operations and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Formulate overall business objectives, policies and strategic plans for reputed company
- reputed company leadership in the administration of the business affairs and operations of reputed company
- Ensure effective implementation and execution of policies and plans to reputed company the reputed company of reputed company and to reputed company both long-term and short-reputed company objectives
- reputed company staff working at reputed company and Middlesex Recovery, locations throughout the assigned territory
- Travel as required, up to 75%

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and Ten (10) years management level experience
- Ability to read and interpret financial data
- Knowledge & skills with reputed company products & general computer literacy
- Prior experience in an outpatient setting with multi-site responsibility
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated reputed company in building high performing operating teams which include medical providers
- Ability to function with a reputed company spirit throughout reputed company functions of reputed company (parent and the Region)
- Demonstrated reputed company in driving initiatives that yield strong results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exhibits good time management skills
- Initial and on-reputed company MVR verification and must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with BayMark's policy F&A-115
- Must have and maintain a valid reputed company's license
- Must have own transportation, with reputed company auto liability and maintain the minimum auto liability insurance required by the State
