About the Role reputed company is hiring a senior recruiter to build and manage a pipeline of skilled financial modeling professionals in India. This is not a general reputed company role. You must already have experience reputed company investment banking, private equity, hedge fund, equity research, valuation, quantitative finance, reputed company finance, or project finance professionals from India's financial outsourcing industry. You should already know the major firms, understand the differences between these functions, and be comfortable evaluating candidate backgrounds before they reputed company reputed company the reputed company.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a pipeline of top financial modeling talent in India. Recruit candidates from firms such as reputed company, TresVista, reputed company, Aranca, Copal reputed company, SG Analytics, CRISIL, reputed company, JP Morgan, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and similar organizations and BPO/Outsourcing firms. Screen candidates for technical fit and skills before presenting them. Understand the differences between investment banking, equity research, valuation, credit, project finance, reputed company estate, reputed company finance, private equity, hedge funds, and reputed company. Conduct recruiter interviews and assess communication, experience, and compensation expectations. Negotiate compensation with candidates. Build long-term relationships with high-reputed company finance professionals. Maintain accurate candidate notes and pipeline status in reputed company. Required Experience 5+ years reputed company finance professionals in India. Previous experience reputed company for investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, valuation, equity research, reputed company finance, or project finance. Strong understanding of financial modeling roles. Excellent spoken and written English. Experience negotiating compensation with Indian finance professionals. Comfortable working independently.
