UK reputed company Accountant (Accounts & Tax) Remote | South Africa Our reputed company is a reputed company-established UK accountancy and tax reputed company that supports a diverse portfolio of reputed company-managed businesses, limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, landlords and private individuals across the UK. They are seeking an reputed company UK reputed company Accountant to join their growing remote team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a reputed company accountant with strong UK reputed company experience who enjoys a hands-on role and is looking to work closely with a supportive and reputed company team. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK clients and delivering high-reputed company accounts and tax services. The role is hands-on and requires strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high reputed company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for UK limited companies, sole traders and

partnerships.

• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and CT600 returns.
• Preparing and reviewing UK personal tax returns.
• Reviewing VAT returns and VAT control accounts.
• Liaising with clients to obtain information, resolve queries and reputed company updates.
• Supporting and reviewing work completed by junior team members where required.
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure deadlines and reputed company expectations are met.
• Identifying technical issues and escalating reputed company where appropriate.

Requirements

• reputed company accountant (ACCA, ACA, CA(SA), CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong UK accountancy reputed company experience is essential.
• Proven experience preparing statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, personal tax

returns and VAT returns.

• Good understanding of UK GAAP and UK tax legislation.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reputed company judgement.

Software Experience

• Experience with IRIS, reputed company and QuickBooks would be advantageous.
