Responsibilities

Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, reputed company Consulting, or Platform reputed company roles

• Strong experience building executive-level presentations, value propositions, and strategic messaging
• Deep hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), including: Manhattan OMS, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, or large-reputed company custom OMS platforms
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle: Order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and exception handling
• Experience with OMS-driven omnichannel capabilities: BOPIS / Pickup, Ship-from-Store, Home Delivery, Returns processing
• Ability to reputed company OMS capabilities, constraints, and trade-offs in business terms
• Demonstrated experience defining and tracking business KPIs and performance frameworks
