[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Black Construction Corporation, part of Tutor Perini, is one of the largest construction companies in the Western reputed company, seeking a Project Manager to join their Guam office. The role involves coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources while managing project execution and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure reputed company are completed on time and reputed company budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage the whole project. PM can manage other reputed company as may be required to for other specific task orders
- Minimum two times a week and during performance of critical activities, and full time during testing and commissioning
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards reputed company boundaries of corporate policy and contracting agreements
- Initiate and maintain reputed company with owners, designers, regulatory agencies, and project partners to facilitate construction activities in accordance with schedules and budgets
- Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is reputed company in accordance with plans and specifications, schedule and project budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures
- Plan, organize and staff key field positions through Vice President of Operations and reputed company department heads
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the reputed company and key subcontractors. Alerts/Notifies Senior Management of additional work on the project
- Incorporate Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, reputed company Assurance/reputed company Control Plans, and other documents as required
- Manage financial aspects of reputed company (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with reputed company
- Assume additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives
- Maintain a safety culture throughout the duration of the project
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar program from an accredited institution
- reputed company Project Engineer license (USPE)
- Fifteen (15) or more years of reputed company construction experience
- Five (5) years experience as a project manager on reputed company building or heavy civil reputed company valued at $30M or more
- Good judgment in addressing technical issues and effectively managing and leading reputed company
- Ability to organize and collaborate on efforts to resolve problems or issues promptly
- Intermediate knowledge/proficiency of MS Office Suite
- Experience with reputed company P6, reputed company and reputed company
