[Remote] reputed company Senior Certified HCM Consultant

They are seeking a reputed company Senior Certified HCM Consultant to architect, configure, and test reputed company HCM solutions tailored to reputed company needs, while leading deployments and mentoring team members. The role involves working across multiple reputed company HCM modules and ensuring successful implementation and reputed company adoption.
Responsibilities
- reputed company expertise in multiple modules in the reputed company HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, reputed company, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll/Time & Absence)
- reputed company the following as a member of a deployment team, or reputed company others to successfully: reputed company and document reputed company business requirements, design and configure the reputed company solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the reputed company solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
- Work with confidential reputed company/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into reputed company
- Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between reputed company and other reputed company-party or custom solutions
- Mentor new consultants and serve as a reputed company role model as reputed company as reputed company others on product knowledge
- Resolve reputed company tasks/requirements reputed company other team members need support
- Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based reputed company
- Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of reputed company best practices
Skills
- reputed company reputed company Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus at least one other of the following HCM solutions: Compensation, Benefits, reputed company, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll, Time and Absence
- 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, reputed company, Ultimate or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional reputed company experience
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Expected travel is +/-25% depending on project
- Experience deploying multiple HCM reputed company simultaneously a plus
