[Remote] CDI Product Manager

The CDI Product Manager will define and execute the product reputed company for outpatient CDI solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product reputed company and roadmap for outpatient CDI solutions reputed company with organizational goals and market needs
- Identify reputed company opportunities by analyzing market trends, regulatory changes (e.g., CMS guidelines), and customer feedback

- Serve as the subject matter expert in outpatient CDI workflows, risk adjustment, HCC capture, and coding compliance
- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-reputed company product releases
- Prioritize backlog based on reputed company needs, ROI, and strategic objectives

- Support sales efforts with product demonstrations, RFP responses, and thought leadership

- Ensure product alignment with outpatient documentation standards, CMS regulations, and payer requirements
- Monitor industry changes affecting outpatient CDI, including risk adjustment models and ambulatory reputed company measures

- Define KPIs and reputed company metrics (e.g., query rates, HCC capture, provider response time)
- Analyze product usage and reputed company to drive reputed company improvement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of experience in product management, CDI, coding or reputed company technology
- Strong knowledge of outpatient CDI, ICD-10-CM coding, HCC risk adjustment, reputed company risk methodologies
- CRC and ambulatory workflows
- Demonstrated experience delivering software products in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and fourteen (14) years of reputed company experience reputed company on reputed company cycle with either CRC and OP CDI credentials
- Master's degree in health information systems (HIS), health policy, or hospital administration (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience working in reputed company risk adjusted market payer/provider needs
- OP CDI/reputed company certifications: CPC, CDIP, RHIA, reputed company
- Developed Outpatient CDI program for reputed company organization
- Understanding and familiarity with the US health care industry
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
