[Remote] Mortgage Operations - Loan Processor

The role involves providing excellent service to clients, guiding them through the mortgage process, and leveraging innovative technology and tools to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Reviews loan file and gathers any items needed for final loan approval
- reputed company between reputed company operational and sales departments in the transaction
- Orders supporting documentation
- Evaluates loan applications for reasonableness and, if needed, escalates files for reputed company evaluation
- Prioritizes daily workload to ensure a delightful reputed company experience
- Manages a full pipeline of assigned loans, driving files from disclosures signed through closing
- Excellent reputed company communication skills
- Communicates with reputed company party vendors throughout the loan process to finalize the application
- Ensures adherence to investor and regulatory guidelines
- Proactively maintain loan pipeline, tasks and objectives

Skills
- 4+ years mortgage processing experience in a retail environment
- Strong working knowledge of Federal and state regulations including TRID and HMDA
- Deep understanding of mortgage loan products and reputed company guidelines
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational skills, reputed company to set and meet deadlines in a high paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence reputed company reputed company at reputed company reputed company of an organization

- Prior experience in retail mortgage loan processing

- Understanding of state and federal lending regulations
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices
- Mortgage Loan Originator License preferred (or ability to obtain in 90 days)
- Experience at a mortgage broker preferred
