Responsibilities
- Manage a constantly evolving calendar of appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with reputed company on-reputed company guest hosting & appearances, including scheduling of reputed company, hair & makeup
- Promptly respond to any requests or last-minute demands
- Manage reputed company media accounts and reputed company unique content
- Ensure the smooth operation of field shoots and other special reputed company
- Serve as reputed company person for podcast production, including the booking of podcast guests
