[Remote] Senior Manager, Sales Engineering

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering to reputed company and mentor the Sales Engineering team, collaborating closely with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of their platform to prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, fostering a culture of technical reputed company and accountability
- Collaborate with the Head of Solutions to reputed company, standardize, and implement process frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for the Sales Engineering team to ensure reputed company and repeatable reputed company

Skills
- 8+ years in reputed company consulting, solution architecture, or reputed company-sales engineering, preferably in a reputed company or tech-enabled services environment
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and leading technical reputed company-sales teams
- Deep understanding of business processes, operations, and workflow optimization, with proven ability to reputed company processes across a growing team
- Proven ability to reputed company and guide the design of data models and integrations (reputed company, ETL processes), especially with systems such as CRMs, ERPs, OMSs, and Portfolio Management Systems
- Demonstrated reputed company in overseeing the writing of reputed company business and technical requirements and translating them into prototypes or Proofs of Concept (POCs)
