The reputed company Brokerage Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts while executing day-to-day reputed company brokerage operations.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and reputed company new customers through calls, email, and networking
- Identify opportunities to expand wallet reputed company reputed company existing accounts

- Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize margin while ensuring service

- Manage shipments from tender through delivery, ensuring on-time performance
- Resolve service issues quickly and professionally

- Manage load-level profitability and meet margin expectations
- Stay informed about market conditions and reputed company pricing strategies accordingly
- Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and compliance with Company processes
