Responsibilities

Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company HR experience, with a strong reputed company record in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering
- Demonstrated reputed company building or scaling engagement, retention, or talent programs across a multi-site, decentralized organization — senior living, reputed company, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Proven ability to reputed company and hold senior leaders accountable, with the reputed company to influence EDs, VPs, and the CPO alike
