[Remote] VP / Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

- Own weekly marketing priorities, project execution, and team accountability

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize conversion funnels using KPIs and reporting

- Build, optimize, and report on customer acquisition funnels and lifecycle marketing initiatives

- 5-6+ years leading performance marketing teams
- Previous hands-on experience as a Media Buyer before moving into leadership

- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics including: Customer reputed company Value (LTV), A/B Testing, Media Spend Optimization, Sales Funnel KPIs, Cost Per reputed company (CPL), Cost Per Sales reputed company reputed company (SQL), Funnel Modeling and reputed company Forecasting

- Experience marketing Precious Metals, Gold & Silver IRAs, or Alternative Investments
