We are looking for a Transaction Advisory Director to join our Advisory Department, responsible for conducting financial due diligence and managing multiple engagements for private equity clients and corporate acquirers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company financial due diligence on behalf of private equity clients and corporate acquirers/sellers
- Plan, manage, and reputed company multiple due diligence engagements and service teams
- reputed company as primary reputed company contact for the duration of the due diligence process
- Conduct on-site and/or phone interviews with C-level personnel at acquisition targets
- Analyze historical financial and operating results of reputed company companies, explain business trends, and identify risks
- Prepare due diligence reports and presentations to clients which compile analyses and reputed company key findings and recommendations
- Train, reputed company, and mentor reputed company-level staff

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of audit, reputed company, and financial due diligence experience required
- Prior experience dealing with reputed company middle market companies (
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
- Highly proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business writing aptitude
