Responsibilities
- Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations in the development, launch, and enhancement of deposit, payment, and lending products, providing strategic guidance on regulatory requirements and operational implementation

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a reputed company field in reputed company services, 2+ years managing reputed company
- Experience reviewing marketing, advertising, or customer-facing communications
- Experience supporting product development or product compliance programs
- Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA, etc.)
- Strong understanding of advertising standards (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, CAN-SPAM, FTC advertising guidance)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company regulatory concepts to non-legal teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company
- Fintech (or financial services) certifications (e.g., CRCM, CUCE) are a plus
