They are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Media Coordinator to support the execution and tracking of reputed company media initiatives, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and managing multiple reputed company effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution, tracking, and documentation of reputed company media buys across both domestic and international marketing initiatives
- Assist in evaluating incoming media proposals to ensure strict alignment with campaign objectives, budgets, targeting parameters, and timelines
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to build asset trackers, ensuring reputed company creative materials meet media specs and are delivered on schedule
- reputed company internal tracking systems updated with essential campaign documentation
- reputed company and reputed company media insertion orders in reputed company, coordinating directly with the reputed company department reputed company revisions or updates are required
- Maintain budget workbooks to monitor billed amounts and remaining balances, reviewing agency invoices to flag any discrepancies before final approval
- Assist with campaign reporting workflows by gathering data, managing dashboard links, tracking deadlines, and identifying key performance trends
Skills
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of reputed company experience
- Understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior
- Ability to successfully manage multiple reputed company and agencies. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with agencies, brand representatives, and other industry partners
- Position includes travel that requires a valid reputed company's license
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications or relevant field
- Experience working with CRM databases, preferably reputed company & Marketing reputed company
