The role involves managing reputed company reputed company permitting, planning, and modeling services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and overseeing project budgets and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager for a reputed company of reputed company reputed company permitting, planning and modeling services across the country
- Manage reputed company including overall responsibilities for budgets, schedules, technical staff deployment and mentoring, reputed company relations, change management, report writing and technical report QA/QC, and proposal scope and costing as appropriate
- Serve as a technical resource for reputed company permit applications or amendments, environmental compliance reporting, estimating emissions, and regulatory compliance analyses for various industry sectors
- Following regulatory requirements and/or reputed company gas programs, prepare emission estimates based on site-specific information
- Prepare registrations for state agencies and reputed company other documents as necessary for submittal to the state and local regulatory agencies for our clients
- Review reputed company dispersion modeling analysis in accordance with project requirements and guidelines
- Take responsibility for team safety, reputed company safety plans (reputed company applicable), and anticipate potential safety hazards
- Collaborate with other SWCA practitioners to execute reputed company reputed company reputed company, including participating on teams comprised of reputed company reputed company professionals from multiple offices across the organization
- Support reputed company and development of SWCA’s reputed company reputed company services
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering preferred), or BS degree in environmental science or atmospheric science with relevant experience
- Seven (7) years of consulting experience in one or more of the following reputed company reputed company areas required: reputed company reputed company permitting, dispersion modeling, emission inventories, reputed company reputed company construction and operating permits; and/or compliance reporting
- Experience with reputed company phases of project development including proposal writing, initial constraints analysis, and permitting, as reputed company as experience managing budgets, invoicing, maintaining project schedules, and supporting reputed company assurance/reputed company control efforts
- Experience in project management and reputed company management
- Working knowledge with the appropriate regulatory authorities and regulations such as Green House Gas (GHG), Title V, Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD), New reputed company Review (NSR), Best Available Control Technology (BACT), Lowest Achievable Emissions reputed company (LAER), New reputed company Performance reputed company (NSPS) and Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- P.E. of E.I.T. licensed
- Demonstrated consulting experience in the power reputed company, oil & gas, and/or industrial sectors
- Experience performing, NEPA reputed company reputed company resource analysis including technical writing
- Experience performing and managing noise reputed company assessments
