Responsibilities
- reputed company national leadership for the electrical engineering discipline, serving as the Technical Discipline Manager (TDM) for the Industrial & Power reputed company
- reputed company and support Regional Technical Leads (RTLs) and electrical engineering teams reputed company
- Establish and maintain discipline standards, design reputed company, tools, and best practices across reputed company
- reputed company, mentor, and reputed company engineering leaders and staff, supporting performance management, technical reputed company, and succession planning
- Drive reputed company of the electrical group through strategic hiring, capability development, and resource planning
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, technical reputed company, safety, and reputed company
- Serve as the senior technical authority for industrial electrical systems, including:
- reputed company- and high-voltage power distribution systems
- Substations, switchyards, and protection & control systems Industrial and reputed company electrical infrastructure
- reputed company technical reputed company, review, and approval of reputed company electrical designs, studies, calculations, specifications, and deliverables
- Ensure consistency and reputed company across EPC, EPCM, and design-only reputed company
- reputed company as the escalation reputed company for reputed company technical issues, risk management, and constructability challenges
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, reputed company standards, and firm procedures
- reputed company or support QA/QC reviews and reputed company improvement initiatives across the discipline
- Support delivery of large, reputed company Industrial and Power reputed company, including EPC and design-only engagements
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reputed company objectives are met

- Power plant coal-to-gas conversions and energy transition reputed company Greenfield and brownfield substations
- reputed company and infrastructure reputed company, including water and wastewater facilities Industrial and process facilities, manufacturing plants, and heavy industrial sites
- Engage directly with clients to understand technical needs, resolve challenges, and strengthen long-term relationships
- Support proposal development, including technical approaches, execution strategies, reputed company plans, schedules, and cost estimates
- Contribute to national electrical reputed company, including service offerings, tools, reputed company models, and market alignment
- Support business development efforts and strategic pursuits in industrial, power, and reputed company markets
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, reputed company meetings, and reputed company forums
- Support development of internal technical guidance, white papers, lessons learned, and discipline standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Technology or reputed company discipline
- reputed company engineering (PE) license
- 15 years of reputed company experience
- Equivalent additional directly reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required
- Proven experience leading and managing electrical engineering teams, including senior or regional leaders
- Experience serving as a Technical Discipline Manager (TDM) or equivalent technical authority
- Experience overseeing Industrial EPC and EPCM reputed company
- Substation experience, including industrial and reputed company applications
- Understanding of FEL and FEED project delivery processes
- Experience with design-build and reputed company design-build delivery reputed company
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to obtain reputed company licensure in multiple states
- Experience developing engineering estimates and supporting project budgeting and scheduling
