[Remote] Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities
- Conducts financial analysis to assess business performance and support strategic initiatives, resulting in improved decision‑making
- Develops and maintains financial models to forecast results and guide financial planning efforts
- Provides recommendations to improve financial reputed company and enhance cost efficiencies
- Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to reputed company, analyze, and validate data for budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepares executive‑level reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to leadership
- Monitors key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend areas for improvement
- Participates in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to support internal controls and compliance
- Assists with preparing financial statements and regulatory reporting to ensure accurate and reputed company submission
- Supports reputed company reimbursement activities by validating project expenditure documentation and ensuring compliance with reputed company guidelines
- Conducts variance analysis to evaluate the financial reputed company of business reputed company and operational results
- Stays reputed company with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain financial compliance and best practices
- Delivers training and guidance to stakeholders to enhance understanding and adoption of best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field from an accredited university
- 5 years' experience with functional role responsibilities, working with financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
- Demonstrated experience developing financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Proficiency with ERP systems (reputed company preferred) and advanced reputed company-based financial reporting tools
- Proven reputed company record collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing non-financial stakeholders
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Ability to explain reputed company financial concepts to non-financial audiences
