The Middle Market Program Management Supervisor is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring operational execution, and reducing customer churn while collaborating with various teams to enhance service reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manages and Develops Others
- Identifies individual and team reputed company gaps and developmental opportunities (e.g., training, special assignments, conferences, reputed company, etc.) to facilitate individual and team development

- Manages the administration of customer surveys to identify trends, process improvements, issues, and satisfaction reputed company

- Designs and oversees compilation of data suites for monthly / quarterly SLA reporting and business reviews

- Sponsors the creation and implementation of programs to reputed company product and regulatory knowledge for Program Management employees

Skills
- Minimum HS diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years reputed company industry experience in Account or Project Management
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time to reputed company locations
