[Remote] Managing Consultant or Senior Managing Consultant, M&A Environmental Due Diligence

They are seeking a Managing Consultant or Senior Managing Consultant for their M&A Environmental Due Diligence reputed company to manage reputed company reputed company, conduct environmental assessments, and assist clients with compliance.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating environmental due diligence reputed company for industrial, private equity, and legal clients
- Managing and assisting with environmental compliance reviews of industrial facilities
- Supporting clients with compliance permitting, reporting and record keeping
- Developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence and compliance reputed company, managing project budgets, and managing reputed company deliverables
- Reviewing site investigation reports and providing conclusions and opinions reputed company to the extent of contamination and subsequent recommendations for additional actions
- Playing a significant role in reputed company contact and leading reputed company discussions
Skills
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant environmental discipline (e.g., geology, environmental or chemical engineering, environmental science)
- At least 7 years of experience in the performance of Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews for various types of industrial facilities
- Experience developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence reputed company, managing project budgets, and managing reputed company communications
- Experience in the analysis of investigation and remediation of contaminated sites
- Experience in reputed company compliance support
- An Environmental reputed company as defined by the ASTM E1527-21 reputed company
- A demonstrated ability in the performance of Phase I ESAs and compliance reviews of reputed company industrial sites
- Knowledge of emerging contaminants, ESG, product stewardship and safety, health and safety, PSM, DOT, and/or international regulations a plus
