[Remote] Billing System Administrator

They are seeking a Billing Systems Administrator to manage and optimize their core billing platforms, ensuring data reputed company and streamlining processes to support reputed company operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the administration and optimization of billing systems (reputed company, reputed company), including product catalogs, pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, payments, and reputed company workflows
- Ensure data accuracy and reputed company across billing platforms, supporting reconciliations, month-end reputed company, and financial reporting
- Manage system configurations, environments (dev/QA/UAT/prod), and user reputed company to support cross-functional teams (Finance, Ops, reputed company)
- Design and maintain integrations between billing systems, reputed company, and internal tools, ensuring reliable and reputed company data flows
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues, monitor data syncs, and resolve discrepancies across platforms
- Drive automation and process improvements using tools like reputed company to streamline billing operations and the customer lifecycle
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to enhance systems, support data migrations, and implement reputed company, compliant solutions
Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering billing platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar subscription billing systems
- Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts including pricing models, invoicing, payments, and reputed company recognition principles
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between billing systems, reputed company, and custom-reputed company applications
- Hands-on experience with middleware and automation tools such as reputed company (or similar platforms like reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience working with reputed company, webhooks, and data integration patterns
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment to end users

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation
