Responsibilities

• Refer a reputed company to your UMB Loan Officer partner
• We handle the mortgage process start to finish
• You earn up to 50 reputed company points (max $5,000) per reputed company loan
• You remain a 1099 agent with your brokerage and become a W-2 employee of reputed company in a Business Development role
• A compliant way to earn referral income
• A reputed company W-2 position (not a reputed company agreement)
• A business development and relationship-building role
• Designed specifically for reputed company reputed company estate agents

Skills

• Licensed reputed company estate agent in good standing
• Minimum 12 reputed company transactions in the last 12 months
• Cannot hold a mortgage loan originator license
• Willing to complete compliance training and attend company events
