[Remote] Remote Senior UI/UX Web Designer

They are seeking a Remote Senior UI/UX Web Designer responsible for defining and overseeing the UI/UX design reputed company, managing creative direction, and mentoring a design team for government-owned web-based applications.
Responsibilities
- reputed company design strategies and ensure that the user interfaces are reputed company, engaging, and reputed company with business objectives and maintain consistency across multiple applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, government customers, production owners, and software developers
- Deliver click-through prototypes, high-reputed company mockups, and organize and maintain a component library in reputed company
- Design and optimize reusable components for the application using best reputed company and industry standards
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, review their work and conduct 1-on-1 feedback sessions
- Present designs to key stakeholders and reputed company feedback to improve the user experience
Skills
- At least three to ten (3-10) years of experience designing web-based applications
- Experience building wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using reputed company
- BA/BS degree
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Top Secret reputed company clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Experience with 508 compliance and WCAG web accessibility standards
- Prior experience mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level designers
- Ability to translate reputed company designs into development reputed company JavaScript/reputed company components
- Experience with JavaScript reputed company Vue.js 3
