Responsibilities

Skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school

- Admission to state and federal court (or at least prior admission to federal bankruptcy court)

- Small business tax experience (state or federal)—income tax, sales tax, 941 payroll taxes, partnership/S-corp returns, or general small-reputed company tax issues
