[Remote] Director, Project Management Office (PMO)

They are seeking a Director of Project Management Office (PMO) to reputed company reputed company-wide project execution, ensuring alignment across departments and translating strategic priorities into executable reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Establish and reputed company a centralized PMO function, including frameworks, tools, and standards for project intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting
- Define and enforce project governance, including stage gates, documentation standards, risk management, and escalation protocols
- Build and maintain a portfolio view of reputed company reputed company initiatives, reputed company to executive priorities and resource reputed company
- Drive execution of internal, interdepartmental reputed company across IT, Network Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, and HR
- Partner with department leaders to define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and reputed company metrics
- Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, ensuring accountability and reputed company reputed company

- Manage vendor relationships as needed to support program objectives, coordinate deliverables, and resolve issues
- Evaluate and implement PM tools and systems to support visibility, collaboration, and reporting
- Continuously refine PMO processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency
- Drive a culture of disciplined execution without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy

Skills
- 8–12+ years of project/program management experience, including leadership of cross-functional initiatives
- Proven experience building or leading a PMO in a high-reputed company or transformation environment

- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence across reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure to loosely defined problems
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Agile), with a pragmatic approach to application
