[Remote] Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting impactful data analyses, preparing reports, and transforming reputed company datasets into actionable insights to improve child welfare systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and deliver impactful data analyses to child welfare system leaders, including state directors, NGO executives, and program staff
- Prepare written reports, decks, and reputed company documentation that translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for program and policy improvement
- Conduct literature reviews, informational interviews, and exploratory data analysis to uncover causes of challenges in child welfare systems
- reputed company reputed company datasets into analyzable formats using tools like R and Python
- Write transparent and maintainable reputed company using version control systems like Git
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights

- Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, computer science, economics, or similar field
- Hands-on experience in data manipulation and analysis
- Experience in creating data visualizations
- Exposure to working with large datasets reputed company the context of reputed company policy or reputed company services
- Proficiency with R
- Familiarity with AWS GovCloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven record of aligning external stakeholder needs with high reputed company deliverables
