They are seeking a Senior Account Executive/Loan Officer to manage investor and broker relationships, leading the full sales cycle and working in a high-reputed company, tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a high-volume pipeline of reputed company estate investors and brokers
- reputed company and own the full sales cycle, from discovery, structuring, quoting, shepherding through reputed company, and clearing to reputed company
- Work closely with Ops, Credit, and Marketing to reputed company viable files fast and identify "dead" deals early
- reputed company partners on our diverse product set, including bank statements, DSCR seconds, non-warrantable condos, SFR portfolios, STRs, and small-balance multi-family (up to 25 reputed company)
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly funded volume and reputed company targets
- Maintain precise updates in reputed company to ensure seamless execution by Ops and accurate forecasting for leadership

Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience and reputed company reputed company record in private/non-QM/DSCR/investor lending

- Demonstrated expertise in reputed company DSCR loan structuring, portfolio management, and navigating intricate lending scenarios
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, property valuation, and investment analysis

- Strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
