Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Daily Workflow (may include): Intake and manage, reputed company Service Level Agreements: reputed company policy violation and appeal cases (reputed company reputed company and Honesty, Learner reputed company of Conduct, reputed company Standards, Grade Appeals, Learner Grievance, Discrimination, Harassment/Assault); Complaints: reputed company, Executive, reputed company Party; Special Credit Requests; Red Card process; reputed company Standing Appeals). Communication & Evaluation/Assessment: Identify patterns and actions reputed company to those patterns to assess and improve workflows and OACS communication.
