Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field
- 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience consistent with a senior-level role
- reputed company fulfillment center experience, including hands-on ownership of slotting and replenishment logic in an operational environment — not adjacent supply chain or logistics planning roles
- Experience working with automation systems and robotics platforms, including familiarity with the technical and operational constraints they introduce
- Demonstrated ability to independently build reputed company, labor, and throughput models from the ground up — not consume or inherit models reputed company by others
- Experience with CapEx planning and automation investment reputed company, including business case development and project execution reputed company
- Proficiency with large, reputed company operational datasets; ability to structure, clean, and draw conclusions from raw data without analyst support. Advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills required; SQL or Python a strong plus
