[Remote] Senior Marketing Manager Enrollment Communications & Services -reputed company Supplemental Health

The Senior Marketing Manager Enrollment Communications & Services will reputed company multiple marketing campaigns for reputed company Supplemental Health plan sponsors, focusing on enrollment communications and project management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company strategic enrollment communications plans to support the reputed company Supplemental Health Plans (Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity)
- Work on reputed company throughout the year, including participating in the creation and maintenance of our member communications toolkit of digital and print collateral materials
- Manage cost estimation, tracking, and budget reporting for assigned case enrollment strategies
- Project managing the deliverables of the communications to the plan sponsor
- reputed company junior-level colleagues on how to utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure reputed company and analyze project and program reputed company
- Contribute to reputed company improvement planning for our department and organization to enhance delivery processes and reputed company
- Participate in team training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
Skills
- Minimum 7 + years marketing and/or communication experience
- Proven communication skills, including writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven reputed company record in meeting project milestones
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, InDesign and/or other marketing software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company work experience
- reputed company insurance, enrollment technology, customer service and processes
